Refund Policy

The policy

If the planner isn't for you, email hello@almanac-studio.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason, though if something didn't work or didn't match what the sales page promised, we'd genuinely like to know.

How it works

• Write to hello@almanac-studio.com from the email you purchased with (or include your Paddle order number).
• We confirm and issue the refund through Paddle, our merchant of record.
• Paddle returns the money to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it typically appears within 5–10 business days.

The honest fine print

• Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, we rely on good faith. We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear abuse (for example, repeat purchase-and-refund patterns).
• Refund requests after 14 days are handled case by case — write to us anyway; if something is broken on our end, we'll make it right.
• Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have in your jurisdiction. Where local consumer law grants you stronger rights, that law prevails.
