"One Thing at a Time" is a digital product consisting of (a) a Notion template delivered as a duplicate link, (b) a printable PDF ("Day-of Binder"), and (c) a setup video (together, the "Product"). The Product is sold by Almanac Studio ("we", "us"). Nothing physical is shipped.
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, payment, invoicing, and applicable sales tax or VAT. Paddle's own terms apply to the payment transaction.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for planning weddings you are personally involved in organizing. You may duplicate the template within your own Notion workspace and print the PDF for personal use.

All content in the Product — task text, structure, worksheets, and design — remains our property. The license above is a right to use, not a transfer of ownership.
The Product is an organizational tool. It provides general planning information, not legal, financial, or professional event-planning advice. Vendor-related suggestions (questions to ask, typical price shares, tipping ranges) are general reference information; verify anything important with your own vendors and, where relevant, professionals in your jurisdiction. Requirements such as marriage licensing vary by location — always confirm with your local authority.
Delivery is by email, normally within minutes of purchase. If your delivery email doesn't arrive, check spam, then contact hello@almanac-studio.com and we will re-send it. The Notion template requires a Notion account (the free plan is sufficient). Notion is a third-party service we do not control; changes Notion makes to its features may affect how the template behaves.

We may improve the Product over time. Updates to this edition are provided at no extra charge via the same template link. We are not obligated to provide future paid editions for free.
The Product is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and our total liability arising out of or relating to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including events at or outcomes of any wedding.
We may update these terms; the version on this page at your time of purchase governs your purchase.
